Chocolate Pudding Cake
1 cup Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
3/4 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
3 tbsp Cocoa Powder
1/2 cup Milk
2 tbsp Butter, Melted
1/4 cup Chopped Pecans (optional)
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
2 cups Boiling Water
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix together flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, cocoa powder.
Mix together milk and butter, then add to dry ingredients to form a stiff mixture.
Add pecans if desired.
Pour into a greased 8" square baking pan.
Combine brown sugar, cocoa powder, and water and pour over batter.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
