White Bread

4 cups Flour
1 tbsp Instant Yeast

2 cups Water
2 cups Milk

2 tsp Salt
3 tbsp Sugar
4 tbsp Lard

Mix flour and yeast in a bowl.
Warm water and milk to bathtub temperature in microwave. Pour into a large bowl.
Add salt, sugar, and lard. Stir until lard has melted.
Add flour/yeast mixture. Beat with a whisk for 5-10 minutes to develope gluten.
Continue adding flour until dough forms. Knead well.
Let rise till doubled, then make into 4 loaves and let rise again.
Bake in 375℉ oven for 30 minutes.
