  • Calibrated and operated a light spectroscope and streak camera system worth $250,000
  • Recorded and analyzed high speed video of electromagnetic velocimeter impacts
  • Worked extensively with Matlab on image processing, data manipulation, curve fitting
  • Assembled and recorded data from a wide variety of instrumentation (thermocouple, fiber optic, shock pin, magnum gauge, pyrometer, twisted pair)
  • Researched resin mixing and hardening techniques to minimize temperature increase
  • Assisted with the precision mixing of explosives
