Lasagna
900g Ground Meat (beef, pork, chicken)
2x 600mL Pasta Sauce
340mL can Corn
700g Pizza Mozzarella
500g Cottage Cheese
1 box of Lasagna Noodles
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Fry meat until brown. Add pasta sauce and corn and bring to simmer. Remove from heat.
Grate mozzarella and mix with cottage cheese.
In a 9 x 13" pan, spread a thin layer of pasta sauce from the meat.
Place a layer of noodles in the pan. Then layer cheese, meat, cheese with noodles between each layer and on top.
Reserve enough cheese to cover top completly.
Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes.
